Also a great station for sport-specific exercises, the station offers a high pulley for lat pulldowns and tricep pushdowns, a self-aligning leg extension/leg curl option, and a mid pulley for ab crunches and tricep extensions. And to make each exercise easier to perform, BodyCraft mounted exercise charts right on the machine.
