The Powerline Flat Incline Decline Bench provides support for decline, incline, and flat bench exercises ranging from sit-ups to shoulder presses. With three-position seat pad adjustment and a leg hold-down, the bench allows you to perform bent knee sit ups and abdominal crunches. Meanwhile, the quick and secure four-position ladder style back pad adjustment provides the proper form and positioning for multiple exercises. The bench works well as a versatile stand alone and can also be used with an optional leg developer (sold separately) or as a compliment to Powerline's Smith Machine or Power Rack (also sold separately).
